Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Client & Scope Overview:
This opportunity is part of a multi-year program providing Project Management Consultancy Services for 3 years. Selected professionals will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of development and humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, health, education, economic development, disaster management, and climate change. Experts will be mobilized as required to provide technical depth, project delivery support, and alignment with international best practices and donor standards.

Required Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project management, monitoring, or evaluation roles.
• Proven expertise in applying OECD-DAC criteria and PMI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to design and implement M&E systems.
• Familiarity with international donor-funded project standards.

Field of Experience:

• Monitoring, evaluation, and project management in development, humanitarian, or infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage M&E frameworks, tools, and indicators for multi-sector projects.
• Conduct evaluations and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with international M&E standards and methodologies.
• Support reporting processes and capacity-building on M&E practices.

Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
