Role Purpose:

The HR Business Partner MEA will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving people initiatives that enable organisational success across the region. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business priorities, enhancing workforce capability, and fostering an engaged, high-performance culture. By partnering closely with MEA leaders and collaborating with global Centers of Excellence, the HRBP will support organisational design, talent development, and change management efforts while ensuring compliance with regional labor regulations. The role acts as a trusted consultant to managers, leveraging HR insights and analytics to guide decisions, strengthen employee experience, and support the company’s growth across multiple MEA markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with MEA leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
  • Manage change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and development.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HRBP role.
  • Proven experience working across multiple MEA countries with diverse labor laws and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation in the MEA region.
  • Experience in matrixed, multinational organisations.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic & or French is a plus.

Location & Travel

  • Based in Sharkeya, EGYPT within the MEA region.
  • Willingness to travel across MEA countries as needed (up to 30%).
