VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".



What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Specify the group’s products to architects, designers, client cost consultants, main contractors who ‘design & build’ and developers across the MEA region,
  • Promote specifications to Architect offices, interior designers through visits, seminars, lunch and learns,
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with A/D offices to enhance Vitra brand in the market place,
  • Manage designated consultant target list as “key accounts”. Understand their structure decision makers and roles they play,
  • Communicate continuously with sales personnel on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented,
  • Attend external and internal training to keep up to date on new products and developments and techniques,
  • Organize lunch and learns, gatherings, trainings in Dubai flag ship showroom.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior design or marketing,
  • Proven experience as a specification manager, architectual communication or similar role,
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients,
  • Have a passion for design,
  • Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a plus,
  • Based in Dubai,
