Mechanic

Job Summary
We are seeking 2 highly skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team for our locations in Bellevue and Millard. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various repair tasks, including automotive and equipment repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire services.
• Repair diesel engines and air brake systems as needed.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
• Solder connections and perform wiring repairs as required.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on automotive repair.
• Proficiency in equipment repair, including heavy machinery.
• Experience with diesel engine repair is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with air brake systems and tire service techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Competence in brake repair procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
