Mechanic

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and knowledgeable Mechanic to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on mechanical work. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, writing service orders, and performing automotive repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed service tickets and provide accurate estimates
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly
• Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance (tires, brakes, oil changes, diagnostics, etc.)
• Coordinate workflow between front office and shop technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a service writer, mechanic, or in automotive service
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
• ASE certified preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
