Mechanic Assistant

• Perform maintenance on property vehicles (i.e., buggies, utility vehicles, and electric carts) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs.

• o Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

• perform routine inspections and examine the vehicles, equipment, and tools to ensure they’re safe for continued use. o Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.

• o Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.

• o Responsible for the maintenance of interior and exterior Buggies.

• o Responsible for ordering and stocking of spare parts for continuous Buggies.

• o Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.

• o Maintains the cleanliness of the workplace and ensures self and environment safety.

• o Perform all other duties as directed from time to time by Chief of Protocol.

• o Follow all safety and security policies and procedures, report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Chief of Protocol.

• o Use his skills to setup and connect machinery/parts/etc. this includes reading diagrams, understand electrical wiring, and operate tools.

• Identify the source of a problem, find replacement parts, and perform repairs on their own or with other technicians. o Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

• o Support team to reach common goals.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• o Diploma in mechanics or equivalent.

• o Minimum experience of 3 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair.

• o Knowledge of general maintenance services including oil changes, flushes, etc.

• o Experience with brakes, suspension, mufflers, and alignments

• o Highly motivated and energetic.

• o Hard skills, like reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

• He has experience in automotive electrical systems and car computer.

• o Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.

• o Service-focused attitude.

• o Flexibility
