What You'll Do

You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive crew responsible for keeping our equipment and customer fleets in top shape. You’ll:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Remove, disassemble, rebuild, and reassemble key components
• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs
• Order and install correct replacement parts
• Test, adjust, and prep machines before delivery
• Maintain accurate service reports and inspections
• Stay current on new tools and technologies

What You Bring

We're looking for experienced techs who take pride in their work and can stay cool under pressure. You should have:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (electrical, hydraulic, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work with a hands-on approach
• Confidence working independently, with team support when you need it
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• A personal tool inventory that helps you get the job done

Bonus if you have:

• An Associate’s degree in a related field
• Certifications related to heavy equipment or diesel mechanics

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional travel to customer sites
• Occasional weekend work (we try to keep it minimal)
