Description

As a Mechanic (CO-OP) working with in both heavy and light equipment, you will be assisting in the repair and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles. Your primary duties will include assisting with diagnosing malfunctions and repairs or replacements as needed. This role may also involves traveling to job sites for on-site equipment repairs. Training will be provided as necessary, and you will have access to a service truck for your duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnosis and replacement parts of the ignition system for both gas and diesel equipment and vehicles.
• Assist in replacing defective chassis parts in vehicles.
• Perform routine servicing of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Working Conditions

• Working year-round entails exposure to diverse weather conditions both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to work 8 to 10 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime and night shifts as required.
