Position Overview:
The Full-Time Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing landscaping equipment and company vehicles along with our other mechanic. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in small engine repair and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair small engines (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws)
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
• Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance on company trucks
• Sharpen mower and trimmer blades as needed
• Keep maintenance records up to date
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of mechanic experience (small engines preferred)
• Solid knowledge of lawn equipment and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Schedule:

• 5 days per week
• Daytime hours

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
