Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving. As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met. This person will perform a variety of highly skilled duties involved in minor and major mechanical repairs to gasoline and diesel powered automotive, heavy and light construction and other power-driven equipment. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Available for snow removal, on call or emergency services as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of highly skilled duties involved in minor and major mechanical repairs to gasoline and diesel powered automotive, heavy and light construction and other power-driven equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Available for snow removal, on call or emergency services as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all repair activities.
• Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6 months + training beyond High School
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities

Required Licenses or Certifications:

• Electrical
• Hydraulic trouble shooting and Toro or equivalent factory training
• EVT Level II
• Class A driver's license with air brake endorsement

Pay: $24.91 - $31.65 per hour
