Mechanic trainee

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Mechanic Trainee to join our team. The trainee will assist senior mechanics in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machines/equipment while gaining hands-on technical knowledge and practical experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates who are eager to build a career in mechanical service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior mechanics in routine service, repair, and maintenance work.
• Learn to identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Support in assembling, disassembling, and testing machinery and equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards during all operations.
• Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade technical knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Plus Two (Mechanical background preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle workshop activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
