Mechanic Trainee

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanic Trainee to join our service team. The ideal candidate will assist senior technicians in vehicle maintenance and repair tasks while learning essential mechanical skills through hands-on training.

• Key Responsibilities

Assist in routine vehicle servicing (oil change, filter replacement, fluid top-ups, etc.).

Support senior mechanics in diagnosing mechanical problems.

Perform basic repairs under supervision.

Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and work area.

Follow safety guidelines and company service standards.

Document work activities as instructed.

Assist in vehicle inspections and test drives when required.

• Required Skills

Basic understanding of vehicle parts and mechanical systems (preferred).

Willingness to learn and work in a workshop environment.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and safety.

Good physical stamina.

• Qualifications

SSLC / Plus Two preferred.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is an added advantage.
