Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create detailed designs and plans for mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power, lighting, and communication systems, utilizing CAD software and 3D models.
• Installation & Commissioning: Supervise the installation of MEP systems on-site, manage testing processes, and ensure proper integration and functionality of equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations adhere to industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during the design, installation, and maintenance phases.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, engineering drawings, and progress reports for various stakeholders.
• Project Management: Contribute to
• project planning by preparing cost estimates for systems, monitoring schedules, and providing input on engineering solutions to improve performance and sustainability.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support for maintenance activities, conduct equipment inspections, and develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term system functionality.
