Job Title: Mechanical and Plumbing Supervisor

Location: Qatar University

Salary: QAR 3,500 (All Inclusive)

Job Type: Contract – 2 Months (Extendable based on project requirement)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Work Days: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance works in facilities.
• Manage technicians and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate with the facility management team and report work progress.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Inspect completed maintenance work and resolve technical issues.
• Set performance goals and manage team productivity
• Organize workflow and efficiently allocate tasks to technicians
• Monitor work quality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• 3-year Diploma or Degree (full-time) in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in building electromechanical facilities O&M
• Mandatory 2 years GCC experience
• Strong supervisory and team management skills
