Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler with experience in heat staking and heat sealing to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Duties

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems for heat staking and sealing equipment
• Read and interpret engineering prints, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Work independently and from verbal instructions to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure components meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes
• Maintain records of assembly process and calibration
• Follow company safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficient with hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Experience in heat staking and sealing equipment assembly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and control wiring a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with SolidWorks and e-drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
