Mechanical Assembler / Packager - Entry Level

Agricultural equipment manufacturer seeking a full-time Mechanical Assembler / Packager to join our production team. This role is primarily focused on packaging, palletizing, and preparing equipment and components for shipment, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience assembling mechanical equipment over time.

Pay:
-$21/hr base
- Monthly team production output bonus ($1-4/hr)
- 2 weeks PTO

Responsibilities:
- Package and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Palletize and stage orders for LTL and parcel carriers
- Assemble agricultural equipment components (mechanical and hydraulic systems)
- Read and follow assembly drawings, build sheets, and torque specs

Requirements:
- Mechanical or fabrication background preferred
- Experience in packaging, assembly, production, or warehouse work
- Perform basic math and measuring
- Valid CA driver's license
- Forklift experience a plus (or willing to learn)

Bonus if you have:
- Background in agricultural or industrial equipment
- Experience with hydraulic or electrical assembly
- Welding or fabrication experience (grinding, fitting, cutting)
