Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and hands-on experience in mechanical assembly processes. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled products.
• Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly efficiency.
• Document work performed and reported any deviations or non-conformities.
• Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role.
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, calipers, drills, etc.
• Basic understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
