Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman (HVAC)

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently hiring an experienced HVAC AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years UAE experience in HVAC drafting projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
• Knowledge of UAE HVAC standards and authority regulations
• Ability to read and understand HVAC layouts and schematics
• Immediate joiners only (must be currently available in UAE)
• Good coordination and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Draft ducting layouts, chilled water piping, and equipment layouts
• Coordinate with HVAC Engineers and MEP teams
• Modify drawings as per site and consultant comments
• Maintain drawing standards as per project and UAE authority requirements
• Prepare as-built drawings and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and quality of HVAC drawings
• Support project team for drawing submissions and revisions
