We are urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE for immediate joining.

Job Overview

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Mechanical BIM models in line with project requirements and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings for HVAC and mechanical systems
• Coordinate with MEP disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
• Update models based on design revisions and site conditions
• Support BIM coordination, submissions, and documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years UAE experience as Mechanical BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, ventilation, chilled water)
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and project requirements
• Immediate availability preferred
