Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE.

2–4 years of UAE experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Mechanical BIM models using Revit and related BIM software
• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting models as per project requirements
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Generate shop drawings, schedules, and model documentation
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications
• Support project coordination and timely delivery

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
