HIRING: Mechanical BIM Modelers
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 3–5 years (UAE experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Mechanical BIM models using Revit as per project standards.
• Coordinate with MEP teams, architects, and structural engineers to ensure clash-free models.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings from BIM models.
• Update and revise models based on design changes and site instructions.
• Ensure all models follow project BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements.
• Support project teams in BIM-related tasks and documentation.
