MECHANICAL BIM MODELERS - REVIT

URGENT HIRING – MECHANICAL BIM MODELERS (REVIT)

Location: UAE
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only

Experience Required:

• 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience
• Candidates must be currently in UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Mechanical (HVAC) BIM models using Revit as per project requirements
• Create accurate ducting, piping, equipment layouts, and system models
• Prepare BIM models in line with BEP, project standards, and LOD requirements
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural teams
• Update models based on consultant/client comments
• Generate shop drawings, sections, schedules, and as-built models
• Support BIM coordination meetings and site requirements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Revit (Mechanical) and HVAC systems
• Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise projects
• Familiarity with UAE standards and authority requirements
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively
