Mechanical CAD Drafter

• Prepare GA and fabrication detail drawings for API 650 storage tanks, spheres, pressure vessels, columns, and plant piping/pipe supports.
• Produce MTO/BOQ consistently and accurately from models/drawings.
• Check drawings and ensure accuracy/constructability in coordination with other discipline draughtsmen and design engineers.
• Develop as-built drawings reflecting site modifications and mark-ups.
• Work fully in AutoCAD 2D, following internal templates, layers, and revision control.
• Execute the drafting scope for EPC projects in line with international codes, Oil & Gas standards, and good engineering practice.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear file control and timely deliveries.

Skills & Experience:

• 1–5 years’ drafting/detailing experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects.
• Strong AutoCAD 2D skills and clean drawing standards (layers, dims, text, weld symbols, legends, title blocks, rev history).
• Working knowledge of relevant codes/standards (e.g., API 650/620, ASME VIII, ASME B31.3, AWWA ).
• Solid coordination habits and an eye for detail; able to read P&IDs, datasheets, and client specifications.

Software & Technical Expertise:

• AMETank / Intergraph Tank, AutoCAD Plant 3D exposure.
• Familiarity with API-653 (tanks) and shop/fabrication workflows.
• Basic Excel skills for MTO/BOQ formatting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
