Mechanical CAD Engineer

The Mechanical AutoCAD Engineer is responsible for creating, modifying, and reviewing detailed mechanical drawings and designs using AutoCAD. The role involves supporting the design, fabrication, and installation processes by preparing accurate 2D and 3D models, layouts, and technical documentation in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using AutoCAD (and other design software if required).
• Interpret and work from sketches, design layouts, and engineering specifications.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, specifications, and industry codes.
• Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOMs) for production.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and quality teams to ensure correct material selection and adherence to design intent.
• Support on-site teams by providing technical clarifications and design updates when needed.
• Participate in design reviews and implement design changes as per feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
