Mechanical Cost Estimator Engineer

Job Description

Lasifa International is hiring a Civil Cost Estimator Engineer for a well-established company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have 1–5 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity take-offs for civil and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil cost estimates and project budgets
• Perform quantity take-offs from civil drawings and BOQs
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs
• Assist in bid preparation and tender submissions
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in civil cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and construction materials
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software (preferred)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Valid passport and medically fit for overseas employment
