Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software like NX, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Convert design concepts and sketches into 3D models and then 2D drawing.
• Prepare and update engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and related documents.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Ensure drafting standards and industry practices while creating drawings.
• Make presentations to explain and share design ideas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CAD drafting and 3D modelling using CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to understand technical documents and drawings.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of PLM software will add advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
