Mechanical Design Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong design background to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid academic foundation, extensive experience in mechanical design, and a keen aptitude for research and development. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
• Utilize CAD/CAM and FEM, dynamic motion analysis to create detailed designs, simulations, and analysis.
• Conduct reliability engineering calculations on product designing.
• Conduct system engineering activities from project design to product analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, technical specifications, and project updates.
• Participate in design reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into design methodologies.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university.
• +2 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM, tolerance analysis, FEA (thermal simulation, stress), and motion analysis (stress under variable load, vibrations) with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks (CAD/CAM), and ANSYS/SolidWorks/COMSOL (FEA, dynamic motion analysis).
• Strong academic background with a demonstrated aptitude for research and problem-solving.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry design standards and regulatory requirements.
