Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC)

This Job specifically involves the following key roles and responsibilities.

• Must understand Submittal Reviews and Procedures in Engineering / Contracting World
• Excellent HVAC knowledge and with expertise in AutoCad and Revit.
• Should have worked on US projects with knowledge of HVAC Design calculations in Trace/HAP
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ensure that the Submittals / Shop Drawings comply with the Plans and Specifications.
• Prepares engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using BIM/CAD platforms.
• Establish Systems for Bill of Materials / Quantity Take Off for various phases /parts of our projects.
• Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering HVAC discipline lead.
• Uses time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Creates and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, colleagues, clients, visitors and public - at large.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University
