Mechanical Design Engineer / mechanical draftsmann

Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC equipment (Chiller, PAC) and components using Solid edge software.

• Create 2D manufacturing and fabrication drawings from 3D models.
• Ensure designs meet product specifications, performance requirements, and OEM standards.
• Implement design revisions and version control throughout the product lifecycle.

• Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for all components and assemblies.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning and manufacturing.
• Optimize design for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and assembly efficiency.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.

• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in design reviews, product improvement initiatives, and cost-reduction projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation, drawing records, and engineering change notes (ECNs).
