Mechanical Design & Test Systems Engineer – ProE/CREO, GD&T, DoD/Production Support

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Test Systems Engineer to design and support production test environments across vibration, thermal, hydraulic, RF, and electro-optical systems. This role focuses on creating reliable test solutions, integrating and validating systems, and driving continuous improvements in production testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical test systems for production environments.
• Validate system performance and ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Create mechanical drawings, documentation, and cable designs.
• Support configuration management and production troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in mechanical design and/or production support.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling (ProE / CREO Parametric).
• Knowledge of GD&T and configuration management tools (Windchill / cPDM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
