Mechanical Designer

Qualifications/Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of work experience in a BIM technology support role

- Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Revit and CAD

- Proficient in Navisworks Manage for federating, coordinating, clash detection, and producing

reports

- Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, AutoCAD

- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud as a project member

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges

- Proficient in English

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed digital models of Mechanical Equipment, piping using BIM software up to LOD 300.

- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency

- Develop and maintain BIM protocols, templates, and libraries for the organization

- Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets and workflows

- Perform clash detection and provide solutions to resolve design conflicts

- Generate and analyze BIM reports to assist in decision-making processes

- Ensure compliance with industry BIM standards and project-specific BIM execution plans

- Review and update BIM models to reflect design changes and updates

- Create accurate visualizations for project presentations and reviews
