Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs and CAD models for our water treatment equipment. This role requires close collaboration with process engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed mechanical designs based on P&ID schematics and system requirements.
• Create and manage 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Produce and maintain essential design documentation, including:
• General arrangement drawings
• Fabrication and assembly drawings
• Layout drawings
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Support manufacturing teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility during production.
• Manage SolidWorks PDM system and component library.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to resolve design and fabrication issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and AutoCAD.
• SolidWorks CSWA Certification.
• Strong understanding of materials, mechanical properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability and cost optimization principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
