Mechanical Draftsman.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Draftsman with proven experience in MEP projects , particularly in medical construction (hospitals and healthcare facilities) . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting mechanical systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Medical Gases , and be able to produce precise shop drawings that meet healthcare project standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Medical Gas systems.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings are aligned with design intent and site conditions.
• Revise and update drawings based on consultant and site feedback.
• Ensure compliance with medical facility codes and standards.
• Support technical office and site teams with clear and accurate drawings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of solid experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.
• Must have worked on MEP projects with a strong focus on medical construction .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is a Must).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
