Mechanical Draftsman

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, etc.) using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers and other disciplines (architectural, electrical, structural) to ensure drawing accuracy and avoid clashes.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, or engineer feedback.
• Ensure all drawings are prepared according to project standards, specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare schematic diagrams, pipe routing layouts, ducting layouts, and equipment schedules.
• Assist in quantity take-off and material submittal preparation when required.
• Support the construction team by providing drawing clarifications and modifications as needed
