Mechanical Draftsman Engineer

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical/MEP.3–7 years MEP drafting experience (buildings/healthcare/industrial preferred).
• Software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360/Aconex, MS Office.
• Working knowledge of duct sizing, pipe sizing, slopes, equipment clearances, coordination with ceilings/MEP.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings: HVAC (ducting, piping, equipment layouts), plumbing (water supply, drainage, vent), firefighting (sprinklers, pumps, hydrants), and BMS point layouts.
• Prepare builder’s work openings, sleeve/insert drawings, and equipment detail sheets.
• Coordinate with structural/architectural/electrical to avoid clashes; integrate RFI answers.
