Mechanical Draftsman – Fit-Out

We Are Hiring: Mechanical Draftsman – Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out projects.
Develop detailed HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors for drawing approvals and updates.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, authority regulations, and approved standards.
Prepare material take-offs and support technical submittals when required.
Incorporate consultant comments and site changes into updated drawings.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision control.
Support authority submission requirements and approval processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE fit-out experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination drawings.
Good understanding of authority regulations and approval procedures in the UAE.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
