Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman (Fabrication)

Location: Saudi Arabia - Dammam (Iqama Transfer)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in generating detailed fabrication drawings and will serve as a vital link between our engineering, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting & Detailing: Prepare comprehensive 2D and 3D fabrication drawings with complete detailing using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (or similar software).
• Reverse Engineering: Create accurate drawings based on existing units, physical measurements, and specific client instructions.
• Coordination: Work closely with Engineers, Production Managers, and Site teams to ensure constructability and accuracy.
• Revisions: Manage drawing revisions and update "As-Built" drawings in response to site changes and field instructions.
• Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and internal quality guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain organised drawing records and manage document control procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• Certification: Valid Certificate in CAD 2D & 3D.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (or similar 3D modelling tools).
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Tekla software is a major plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in preparing fabrication drawings for mechanical/industrial projects.
