Mechanical Draughtsman (HVAC)

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently seeking a skilled Mechanical (HVAC) AutoCAD Draughtsman with strong UAE experience to join our team. If you have solid expertise in HVAC drafting and can work effectively in a coordinated MEP environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements
• Draft layouts for ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, chillers)
• Develop sections, schematics, and detailed shop drawings
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines
• Revise drawings based on consultant feedback, design updates, and site conditions
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications
• Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, naming conventions, and documentation
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and submission packages
• Support project teams during coordination and technical submissions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC AutoCAD Draughtsman
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, air distribution, chilled water systems)
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards and requirements
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
