Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Superintendent oversee complex construction project until completion. This role is vital in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent supervisory skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and technical schematics.

Duties

• Lead the coordination, and execution of all MEP activities on construction sites, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Review shop drawings and project drawings to verify installation procedures align with project specifications
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other tools to track progress, manage schedules, and control costs
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, enforce OSHA safety standards, and identify potential issues early
• Implement quality control procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, safety incidents, change orders, and progress reports for transparency and accountability

Experience

• Proven experience supervising MEP construction projects within the high-rise buildings with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting, blueprint reading, and reviewing drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
• Supervisory experience leading teams on large-scale projects with a focus on project scheduling.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
