Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineer

MEP CAD Technician with at least 2 years experience to work in the M & E section of a UK based Construction Company.

We need someone with experience of completing the design of MEP drawings and who can speak Fluent English.

5 days a week (Desk Based Job)
Timings : 12.30 pm to 9.00 pm
Kanakia Wallstreet, Chakala, Andheri East.

Main Role & Responsibilities:

· Prepare, produce, develop and amend drawings in accordance with appropriate standards and procedures and in line with the agreed timescales and deadlines.

· Design layouts, block diagrams, schematics, assembly and part drawings and associated cable schedules, BOM's and cut lists.

· Revise drawings and red-line markups appropriately.

· Be pro-active in streamlining and automating drawing and engineering processes and propose improvement ideas.

· Attend design meetings

Minimum Requirements:

· You will have relevant knowledge of AutoCAD and associated presentation packages with experience in 2D and 3D modelling. Revit knowledge beneficial but not essential.

· Architectural experience or construction experience relevant to Mechanical, electrical or plumbing would be preferred.

· You will have practiced skills to successfully control and handle workload and the implementation of company and project CAD standards and drawing document procedures.

· You will work on own initiative as a CAD Technician, in conjunction with the other members of the light analyses department.

· Maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally with other departments and externally with clients and other professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

· AutoCAD or design focused diploma or degree qualification.

· Minimum of 2 years experience using 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Revit 3D modelling.

· Conversant with Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Adobe, and Power-point.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
