Mechanical Engineer

• Can Join Immediatly (URGENT)
• Minimum 5yrs experience
• Ensure all mechanical designs and implementations comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), TRAKHEES, and other relevant authorities' regulations
• Lead the mechanical design process for high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.
• Conduct detailed calculations, simulations, and system analyses to enhance performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability
• Develop and optimize HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and drainage systems to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within the overall project design
• Lead technical meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews to resolve design challenges and ensure quality control.
• Review, validate, and approve technical drawings, mechanical specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory approvals.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to enhance system reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical systems in construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Lead the design and specification of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other relevant systems.
• Review and approve mechanical system designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
