Position Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. The candidate will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a professional engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical systems, components, and equipment.

Design mechanical subsystems with a focus on performance, reliability, and integration into larger assemblies.

Conduct lab and field testing to validate functionality and support design iterations to meet quality standards.

Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and Creo Parametric; apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018).

Manage bills of materials (BOMs) and documentation using SAP and WindChill.

Perform design simulations, including FEA and motion studies (ANSYS, SimSolid), and contribute to design improvements based on analysis results.

Translate product requirements into mechanical specifications, tolerances, and test procedures.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure successful prototype, pilot, and production builds.

Contribute to product development projects, such as hydraulic actuation systems and control-based mechanical solutions, from concept to production release.

Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo Parametric, CATIA, or similar).

Familiarity with engineering standards (GD&T – ASME Y14.5-2018).

Basic knowledge of design simulations (FEA, motion analysis) using ANSYS, SimSolid, or similar tools.

Ability to work across disciplines (engineering, manufacturing, quality).

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/industrial training experience.

The role may be based at the company headquarters, workshops, or factories, depending on project and operational requirements.

Combination of office work (design, documentation, simulations) and field exposure (testing, inspections, and production support).
