We are expanding our team, and we are currently looking for talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer who can help us project-based design and development. Candidates must be self-disciplined, self-motivated individuals who work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Education & Experience Required:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in product development and delivery of concepts through production solutions.
• Experience with product development engineering with emphasis on plastics, sheet metals, CNC equipment, and machining processes.
• Can analyze complex mechanical and electro-mechanical problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including project management.
• Experience with SolidWorks (3D modeling software) and CAD
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FDA, and related regulations desirable but not necessary.
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines.

Duties, Authorities, & Responsibilities:

· Take conceptual design to prototype stage.

· Representing the company at product development meetings with clients, ensuring effective implementation of design solutions to meet client goals.

· Establishing productive working relationships with other disciplines such as engineering groups, supply chain, and customers.

· Planning and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.

· Implementing project schedules and plans in an effective and timely manner.

· Taking initiation and directing various departments to effectively build prototypes

· Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods for production line.

· Identifying risk mitigation actions.
