Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and mechanical site execution within the UAE construction sector. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the timely completion of all mechanical works as per project specifications and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai municipality, DCD, and relevant authority regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–8 years’ experience in mechanical systems within UAE (construction or MEP projects).
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
