We are seeking a technically skilled and 3-7 years experienced Mechanical Engineers to evaluate for our Subsea & Well Control, Drilling, Mechanical & Hydraulic departments to support the execution of SPS and Reactivation Projects for offshore drilling assets.


Our SPS project is in Zonguldak, Çaycuma and reactivation is offshore and Filyos and Mersin Taşucu ports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of SPS/reactivation projects, including work pack preparation and managing hydraulic/mechanical modifications
  • Work on major drilling equipment (Top Drive, Draw Works, BOP systems) and oversee refurbishment of hydraulic power units and mechanical systems
  • Ensure inspections, testing, and calibration activities meet IACS/Class requirements; witness Factory/Site Acceptance Tests
  • Interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics; coordinate between project teams and develop technical documentation
  • Maintain work reports, material traceability, and support equipment condition assessments for classification handover


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
  • 3-7+ years offshore drilling or marine operations experience, preferably SPS/reactivation projects
  • Technical knowledge of drilling equipment (NOV, Cameron, Hydril) and hydraulic/mechanical systems on MODUs
  • Familiarity with class society and flag state requirements for special surveys
  • Strong maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair expertise
  • Proficient in engineering drawings and technical documentation interpretation
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and field environments
  • Fluent English communication skills
