Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, supervising, and coordinating all mechanical systems across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and update mechanical design drawings, HVAC layouts, plumbing and drainage designs, pump head calculations, and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation works, ensure quality, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare material submittals, technical comparisons, and provide support for procurement activities.
• Monitor project progress and assist in preparing project reports, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all mechanical systems meet relevant codes, authority regulations, and safety standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handing-over activities.
• Attend progress meetings and provide technical inputs when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in MEP or construction industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical load calculations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, HAP, DuctSizer, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
