Mechanical Engineer

We are a leading Engineering Consultancy Company seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for site supervision of ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical works on site (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Drainage, and related systems) in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings and method statements
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline engineers
• Review and approve mechanical material submittals and technical documents
• Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations
• Conduct site inspections, witness testing & commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site
• Prepare site reports, inspection requests (IRs), NCRs, and progress updates
• Assist in project handover and snagging activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision within a consultancy firm
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Familiar with UAE codes, standards, and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently on site
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
