08 – 10 Years Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with 08 – 10 years of proven experience in main contracting and/or client-side project execution within the UAE construction sector.

The ideal candidate must have strong site execution experience and the ability to manage MEP works across large-scale building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) from execution to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed as per project schedule.
• Conduct inspections, testing & commissioning coordination.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
• Support commercial team with variations, cost control, and claims if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 08 –10 years of relevant experience in UAE construction.
• Mandatory experience in Main Contracting and/or Client-side projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiar with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and DEWA/Civil Defense requirements.
• Proven experience handling high-rise / commercial / residential projects.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
