Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end mechanical system design and coordination for HVAC, firefighting,
plumbing, water supply, and gas systems.

Manage large-scale high-rise building projects from concept design through construction.

Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Revit (BIM) and coordinate with other
disciplines.

Perform mechanical load calculations, equipment selection, and prepare
BOQs/specifications.

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP teams to ensure integrated
design.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.

Ensure all mechanical designs comply with international standards and local building codes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in MEP design for high-rise buildings.

Strong technical knowledge of:

HVAC systems

Firefighting systems

Plumbing and water supply systems

Gas systems

Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; familiar with BIM coordination tools.

Knowledge of standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and local building codes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

LEED accreditation or professional engineering license.

Familiarity with local authority approval processes for MEP works.
