Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to support engineering projects at General Labs while contributing to the operation and optimization of HE Rental’s equipment platform. This dual-focus role offers exposure to both traditional engineering design and innovative tech-enabled equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

General Labs Support:

Assist in mechanical design, drafting, and analysis for client projects (piping isometrics, P&IDs, CAD modeling).

Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainable engineering solutions.

HE Rental Support:

Support site visits, equipment inspections, and commissioning activities.

Evaluate mechanical specifications of heavy equipment for rental catalog integration.

Support development of equipment maintenance protocols and safety checklists.

Assist in technical troubleshooting for rental fleet optimization.

Has good attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates welcome).

Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or similar).

Basic understanding of mechanical systems or industrial equipment.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Interest in sustainability, digital transformation, or equipment technology is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt across engineering and tech-driven environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From E£7,000.00 per month
